Kathy's world famous triple chocolate brownies!
This week on the show baking legend Kathy showed us how to make her world famous triple chocolate brownies (see the episode on our home page) and here is what she had to say since the episode:​

Recipe for Kathy's brownies 1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 106C Fan and line a 9 inch sqaure baking tray with baking paper 2. Melt togeher 200g unslated butter and 200g dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water 3. Use a whisk to beat the 3 large eggs (or 4 medium) and 275g caster sugar together until it goes pale 4. It's done when you lift the whisk out of the mixture and it leaves a trail for a couple of seconds 5. Then pour the cooled chocolate mix over eggs and fold together 6. Then sift 50g cocoa powder and 100g plain flour in and fold again 7. Then fold in 100g white, dark and milk chocolate chips/ chunks
